Refund policy

Returns

• You may return your order within 14 days from receiving it. After 14 days, a refund or exchange cannot be provided. Please contact hello@imsestudios.com if you wish to return your products before sending them.

• Ensure that your items remain unused and in the same condition as when received, and use the original packaging for the return

• Please note that the shipping cost won't be refunded

• Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping cost for the return 

• Note that the right to return does not apply to special or custom-made items 

 

Cancellation Policy for Private Courses or Workshops

• A booking fee of 20% for a private course or workshop is non-refundable.
• You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the scheduled date for a full refund (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).
• Cancellations made between 5 days and 24 hours before the scheduled date will be refunded at 50% of the total cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
